Strawberry Madeleine Recipe

How to coat em in chocolate to make them instagramable

Ingredients:

For the Madeleine

• 115 g butter (1 stick)

• 120 g flour

• 6 g baking powder (1 1/2 teaspoon)

• 2 g salt (1/4 teaspoon)

• 1/2 vanilla bean

• 2 egg

• 100 g sugar

• 80 g milk

For the Strawberry Coating

• 250 g white chocolate (or white candy melts)

• 2g freeze dried strawberry powder
