As I was sipping a Truly on a warm darty day, this idea came into my head. This recipe highlights the overlooked honeydew melon and turning it into a refreshing summer sorbet.
Served as a palette cleanser at my student-run pop-up restaurant with some agar water jelly and lemon microbasil.
